Litigation Paralegal The candidate will serve in the areas of premises, property, products, and auto tort law. Must have 3+ years of experience. Must have experience with obtaining medical records, writing medical summaries, analyzing and investigating claims, writing pleadings and motions, subpoenaing, and trial preparation. Some experience with billable hours and Time Matters or other case management software is highly preferred.
