Attorney Duties: Handle consumer debt collection case load for national creditors review and approval of all pleadings, motions and executions. Attend all court matters in both States Court's including Federal Bankruptcy Courts. Assist in opening and managing satellite office in Cincinnati area. Great opportunity to learn, grow, and run your own office but have the full support of the Firm's processes and resources; and join a Firm that holds a solid reputation in the credit and collections industry. Requirements: Law degree with law license in Indiana. 3+ years A? experience. Must have extensive experience with the FDCPA, and understand compliance regulations promulgated by the CFPB. Experience must be in the consumer and commercial debt collection. Knowledge and experience in bankruptcy and foreclosure matters is a plus. Must be highly organized, self-motivated, have a strong work ethic and display an attitude that no task is too small to get the job done and serve the client. Must be willing to represent clients in State Courts and Federal Bankruptcy Courts in Ohio and Northern Kentucky. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, BKFS and Tempo a plus. Dual law license Ohio and Kentucky is required. Strong communication, written, oral, and listening skills. Detail oriented and a strong commitment to customer service.
