Commercial Law Paralegal The candidate must have 5+ years of experience working with commercial transactions in both real estate and business interest transfers. Must be proficient in Microsoft word and Microsoft excel. Must have experience with entity formation, UCC searches, commercial document drafting including all required documents for commercial real estate transfers, business asset transfers and stock and membership interest transfers. Must understand the dynamics of title insurance including interaction with title insurer, reading title insurance commitments and actions needed to fulfill requirements. Must also have experience with processing commercial loans on behalf of borrowers and lenders.
