Personal Injury Attorney The candidate should be a graduate from law school in the top third of their law school class. Should be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. Should have Litigation experience of 3+ years. Will be managing full case load from case inception to post-trial. Conferring with clients.Drafting demands. Negotiating settlements.Drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda of law. Attending depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Must be proficient in Lexis Nexis, MS Word and Excel. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Should have ability to interact with attorneys, paralegals, and other office staff in a professional manner. Should have ability to delegate and prioritize as necessary. Should preferably have Bar license.
