Attorney The candidate should be an experienced attorney. Will represent clients in Domestic Relations matters as well as estate planning, probate litigation, and criminal defense matters. Will regularly handle court appearances while also working with a client from the inception of a case to completion of representation. Should have excellent communication skills and should provide a sample of recent pleadings filed with a court that demonstrate efficient, organized and professional advocacy. Responsibilities: Represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and develop legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on an array of Domestic Relations, Probate, and Criminal Defense issues. Negotiate settlements in complex legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Advocate effectively and professionally. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Should be Licensed in Colorado. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience. Should have demonstrated knowledge of Domestic Relations law.
