Commercial Real Estate/ Transactional Paralegal The candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; paralegal certification; and 5+ years of work experience as a real estate paralegal; well-organized; personable and confident; efficient communication and computer skills; attentive to detail and ability to multitask; experienced in SC commercial real estate closings including preparation of closing documents; experienced with title insurance; experienced in real estate lending transactions including preparation of loan documents, review of due diligence and follow-up.
