PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY The Candidate will be responsible for handles some of the highest profile injury/death cases in the country and need a WA Licensed Attorney. Looking to be a part of a team environment, and who understand that more hands make the load lighter. Communication is vital and is capable of communicating effectively. The candidate should have a valid license to practice law in Washington & in good standing with the Bar. Be professional, ethical, courteous, and accommodating to clients & co-workers. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Able to perform research and legal analysis. Have an in-depth knowledge of litigation management. Have strong negotiation skills. Provide sound counsel and judgment on legal questions or issues. Be able to evaluate and try cases, as needed. Take responsibility for pre-trial prep, court appearances, motions, depositions, meditations and negotiations.
