Immigration Law Associate Attorney The candidate should preferably have Juris Doctor. Performs legal research; interacts with clients in a manner consistent with firm policies and mission; reviews client input in firm's case management portal; follows firm procedures in case processing; drafts applications/petitions, support letters, legal memoranda, and requests supporting documents; responds to Requests for Evidence or Notices of Intent to Deny in a timely manner; efficiently manages caseload; drafts pleadings for federal court litigation, strives to contribute to firm growth; participates in marketing efforts; drafts articles for publication. It is critical for the successful candidate to be completely immersed in firm vision, law practice culture and team oriented workflow. Must be highly ethical and team oriented. Minimum 3 years experience in business immigration. License to practice law in any state.
