Insurance Defense Paralegal Duties: Support one of most productive partners (and possibly an associate or two). Analyzing and summarizing medical records; Managing discovery and preparing discovery responses; Preparing status reports to insurers; Retaining and coordinating experts; Trial preparation; Background and factual research; Interviewing clients and witnesses; Managing deadlines; Timekeeping. Candidate should have 2+ years of recent experience in insurance defense litigation. Proficiency in Time Matters is preferred. A good work ethic and sense of humor are equally valued.
