Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support a medical malpractice defense litigation team. Will draft and respond to discovery demands. Prepare, submit and follow up on HIPAA and other record authorizations. Assist with motions, deposition preparation and trial preparation. Summarize transcripts and other legal documents. Must have a Bachelor's degree; Paralegal Certificate is a plus. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience. Medical malpractice defense experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
