Immigration Paralegal The candidate will support attorneys handling removal defense and litigation before the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Federal Courts; preparing and filing immigrant visa petitions, applications for adjustment of status, asylum, naturalization, and other administrative applications before the Department of Homeland Security. Mail, fax important documents. Receive and place telephone calls. Organize and maintain documents and case files. Schedule and make appointments. Process mail and follow-up on billing. Assist attorney in preparing cases. Experience with U Visa Applications, I-601A waivers, Naturalization, Fianc Visa Petition, and Consular Processing/NVC is preferred. Must be fluent in Spanish. Must be able to translate documents from Spanish to English. Must have Bachelors Degree.
