Associate Attorney The candidates responsibilities include: File review. Drafting pleadings, motions. Communicate with opposing counsel and opposing party in a professional and courteous manner. Must be able to travel to court and handle cases in the litigation cycle. Must be able do legal research and have good writing skills. Perform other general office duties as required. Must be familiar with or willing to learn creditors rights laws for Utah, FDCPA and other applicable rules and/or Federal Regulations. Requirements, Experience and Other: Utah Bar (Required) :Willing to allow recent graduate to study for Utah Bar. Experience with creditors rights laws preferred. Legal research and writing skills. Computer skills and knowledge is a must: MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat.
