Part-time Attorney Responsibilities: Assist with their litigation and/or bankruptcy needs. Negotiate and effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Work independently and as part of a team to develop case strategies. Provide excellent and competent Client service. Requirements: Active and ethical member in good standing with the State Bar. Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy and/or Legal Debt Resolution experience and knowledge preferred. High level of professionalism and commitment to abiding by all local, state, and federal laws. Reliability, responsiveness, accountability, punctuality and respect for deadlines. Good organizational skills, adaptability and attention to detail.
