Legal Secretary - Litigation The candidate must have 5+ years of CA litigation experience working with senior partner-level litigators, have experience with trial work, and superior knowledge of litigation efilng procedures in state and federal court. Position requires excellent administrative, follow-up, initiative and calendaring skills. Should also have superior organizational skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to interact successfully with sophisticated clients and other professional organizations. Excellent typing and computer skills needed with specific knowledge of Word 2010 or higher, Outlook, and iManage or similar document management system. Knowledge of CompuLaw and Best Authority a plus.
