Paralegal (Litigation) Duties: Manage a full load of catastrophic injury and wrongful death on a team of 3 attorneys with four or more paralegals, law clerks, and support staff. Litigation experience is preferred, but not required. Drafting documents, scheduling, filing pleadings with the court, ordering records and medical bills, and other tasks as assigned. Treat every client like family. Treat fellow team members with the highest degree of respect. Read, study, and apply lessons from books and manuals provided by the firm. Qualifications: Outstanding written communication skills. Outstanding oral communication skills. Outstanding computer, research, technological, and organizational skills. Outstanding people skills. The ability to both think strategically and execute the fine details of a plan. Familiarity and/or experience in the medical field. Familiarity with computers and technology is a must.
