Construction Litigation Contract Attorney The candidate will assist legal department with select cases, as well as cover occasional hearings in Dade, Broward and possibly Palm Beach County (if possible). Must have 3 years' experience in construction litigation and should be familiar with some, if not all, of the following: Employment issues; Defect claims; Federal contracts and the bidding process; Contract negotiation, review, and drafting; Immigration; OSHA inspections, violations, and citations; Arbitration and litigation; Mediation; Bid protests; Licensing issues; Construction lien claims.
