Immigration Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate's must have a strong substantive understanding of the legal requirements and supporting documentation required for business and family immigration filings; Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have 3-5 years immigration law firm experience. Should have solid knowledge of and experience in employment-based petitions and visas (EB-1 s, L-1 s, E-2's TN's etc), consular processing of visas, and family-based petitions.
