Real Esatet Paralegal The candidate will work with other employees as a team. Will be responsible for all phases of residential closings from opening the file through the final title policy. Responsible for pre and post closing. Responsible for contact with customers, lenders and brokers on a daily basis. Must have good knowledge of, and experience with, clearing titles and understanding issues affecting title. Should have 3+ years (preferably 5+) experience in title and closing work.
