Pre-Litigation Paralegal Manager The candidate will work closely with our legal teams and firm management in overseeing paralegals and their personal injury cases. Will be performing supervisory responsibilities in accordance with KNR policies & procedures. Will be overseeing personnel matters and day-to-day paralegal duties; Interviewing and hiring new employees. Will be preparing reports, agendas, and presentations for monthly meetings. Will be analyzing reports including damage summaries, medical expenses, lost wage summaries, and property damage assessments; Reviewing damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage. Will be building and maintaining team morale by planning and attending outings both in and out of office The candidate should have an experienced and ambitious self-starter who exhibits strong leadership skills and takes initiative to achieve team goals. Should have minimum 3 years of management experience. Should have 2 years of experience in personal injury law. Bachelor s degree strongly preferred. Should have familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures involving personal injury. Should be relies on extensive experience and judgement to make well-informed decisions; Ability to lead and direct by utilizing a wide degree of creativity; Articulate, organized team player with excellent grammar and writing skills; Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Should have solid organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Should have strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Should have working knowledge of Needles Case Management software is a plus.
