Associate Attorney The candidate will be conducting client intake, drafting pleadings, filing administrative/government claims, propounding and responding to discovery, law and motion, taking and defending depositions, performing legal research, engaging in mediation/settlement negotiations, trials, and performing all other litigation case management duties. Must be highly organized, possess attention to detail, and be an advocate for clients with a sincere interest in litigation. Must be in good standing with the CA Bar. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience to handle all aspects of personal injury and employment cases. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, a team player, and be capable of managing a full caseload of personal injury and employment cases.
