Personal Injury Litgation Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys with drafting complaints and initial case filing; Assist attorneys with propounding and responding to discovery; Calendar deadlines, set up depositions; Maintain communication with clients, experts, doctors, etc. Must have 3-5 years of experience in PI litigation. Should have strong written communication. Knowledge of California civil procedure and local rules is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is needed. Must type at least 60WPM. Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
