Labor & Employment Paralegal The candidate will review of documents for responsiveness, bates labeling, organization of documents and compiling information for discovery responses/pleadings/motions, depositions and trial preparation. Draft discovery requests and responses. Witness interviews. Draft Rule 26 disclosures. Create damage models for wage/hour cases. Electronic filing in state and federal courts. Facilitate document production (hard copy and electronic formats). Management of litigation databases and support of electronic discovery processes. Review documents for privilege and compile privilege logs. Prepare, serve and follow up on subpoenas. Assist at trial, including tracking exhibits and coordination of courtroom equipment to present electronic evidence and exhibits. Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate is required. Should preferably have 5+ years of labor & employment experience which will include a litigation/trial background.
