Costa Mesa office seeks a practice support manager with 5+ years' relevant experience, including 3 years in preparation and logistical execution of hearings, trials and/or arbitrations. Will promote use of litigation support systems. Manage use of litigation and practice support services. Direct on development and implementation of systems/services that affect legal services. Coordinate litigation software requirements and training needs. Train attorneys, paralegals and document clerks on litigation software and e-discovery. Coordinate use of technology available from court reporters. Assist with litigation and other technology support, software products and in court hardware needs. Coordinate selection of litigation technology vendors. Assist in management of case documents by conversion to electronic media. Coordinate file and document storage. At least two-year college degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; four-year degree preferred. Knowledge of trial presentation technology such as Sanction, Trial Director, ELMO required. LiveNote or comparable transcript management applications required.
