Litigation Paralegal - Medical Malpractice Duties: The candidate will be managing files, documents, and evidence, including all pre-trial discovery and deadlines. Drafting correspondence and pleadings; obtaining, organizing, and maintaining all relevant medical records. Scheduling, acting as a liaison, identifying and contacting expert witnesses. Assisting with trial preparation, and trial exhibits. Qualifications: The candidate should have a High School Education or equivalent. A Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate is preferred. Must have 5-10 years of paralegal experience. Working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Good organizational skills, good communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
