Insurance Coverage Attorney The candidate should have 1-3 years of litigation experience and 3-5 years of litigation experience. Experience regarding insurance coverage litigation is preferred. Both positions would include the examination of claims, preparation of coverage opinion letters, preparation of pleadings, responding to discovery and overseeing document production, preparing for and conducting depositions and reporting to institutional clients. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills are required.
