Legal Secretary - Litigation The ideal candidate will be performing a variety of high-level legal secretarial duties to assist lawyers and paralegals. Will be maintaining office files, drafting correspondence, managing and preparing pleadings for court e-filing, calendaring and scheduling meetings, depositions and court appearances. Should have 3+ years of current Washington litigation legal secretary experience in a law firm setting. Must have strong working knowledge of Washington State rules and procedures as well as a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills and excellent attendance. Should be familiar with legal terminology and common litigation documents. Supervisory experience is a plus. Excellent grammar, both verbal and written communication, is essential.
