Legal Secretary/Workers Compensation Duties: EAMS filings and service of documents. Provide procedural support to lawyers. Corresponding with clients, medical offices, counsel, and vendors. Calendaring and monitoring follow-ups. Drafting letters and documents. Scheduling appointments. Qualifications: 3+ years' working experience as a workers compensation legal secretary. Familiarity with law, court system, legal procedures and protocols. Client communication skills. Able to take direction and work independently. Bilingual (Spanish) speaking preferred.
