Personal Injury Attorney Responsibilities: Learn and execute the firm's injury case management process. Research law and prepare legal briefs Prepare legal documents and negotiate settlements on behalf of the injured client Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Qualifications: Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia. Personal injury experience is preferred. Must demonstrate a strong dedication to personal injury and passion for helping others. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including working independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
