Global Transportation Finance (GTF) Paralegal Duties: Interact with clients and counsel during business transactions. Assist attorneys with business leasing and loan transactions. Manage and coordinate transaction closings. Review and organize due diligence materials and client records. Manage, prepare and distribute post-closing sets and other materials. Prepare and review UCC filings and documentation. Draft and proof closing documents, materials and correspondence. Manage International Registry filings. Annually log a target 1500 billable hours. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. ABA-approved paralegal certificate also preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial lending/asset-based financing and transactional work preferred. Familiarity with UCCs is a preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel; proficiency using the Internet for fact research.
