Electronics & Software Team Attorney - Patent Prosecution The candidate should have 2 years of experience in patent prosecution work for our Electronics/Software Team. This position is an alternative to traditional partnership-track positions, and has a lower billable hour requirement and de minimus non-billable requirements. Applicants must have a strong academic record including a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an advanced degree in Physics. Patent Bar strongly preferred.
