Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate responsibilities will include: Review, file and draft routine legal documents; Scan documents into electronic files for processing; Create, maintain and organize case files; Prepare documents for distribution; Manage inbound and outbound mail; Client Intake/Interview Clients as needed; Organize client information and maintain database of client file; Answer phone lines, monitor faxes and emails; Communicate with Clerk of Courts and Opposing Council in regards to deadlines and execution of filing documents. Must have experience working with multiple deadlines, and show excellent time-management skills. Communication (Verbal/Written) skills along with established organizational skills. Should have strong candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas: Pre-suit/Personal Injury Litigation; PIP Litigation. Bilingual (Spanish/English/Portuguese/Creole) is a plus.
