Asbestos Litigation Paralegal Duties: Assist attorneys with all tasks pertaining to the litigation work up of asbestos cases. Will be responsible for drafting pleadings, talking to clients, maintaining attorney calendars and case deadlines, filing documents with the courts, and other miscellaneous paralegal duties. Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a similar field. 5-7 years of Plaintiff's personal injury experience (Preferably prior asbestos experience). Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent Typing skills and Computer Literacy.
