Legal Secretary/Office Administrator The candidate must have the ability to perform delegated substantive legal work in insurance defense, civil litigation and family law. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple assignments and priorities. Responsibilities include legal calendaring in Abacus and Outlook and knowledge of state and federal court rules as well as processing and filing documents. Must have leadership skills to train and develop staff and the ability to supervise and lead a team. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments in a timely manner. Candidate must have a minimum typing speed of 55 wpm.
