Title : Title Curative Paralegal

Title Curative Paralegal The candidate will work in the Foreclosure department. Will draft legal documents including affidavits and cancellations needed to cure title defects, as well as filing title claims. Review title searches and identification of title issues. Resolve title issues via curative efforts. File title claims with title insurance companies. Update client systems with pertinent information. Follow up with clients, lenders, and law firms for missing information. Assist with other duties and special projects as needed. High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must have 2+ years of work experience in real estate law. ProLaw, LPS, Lenstar, and PACER experience highly preferred. Must be proficient in software tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
