Premises Liability Attorney The candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-stakes, high value cases, rather than a high-volume of cases. Will be mentored by and train with dynamic, experienced litigation attorneys, and handle your own cases from cradle to grave. Will join a team of remarkable attorneys who do outstanding work for their clients, are financially successful, and go home fulfilled at the end of the day - every day. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury; Experience handling premises liability cases; Experience drafting and responding to motions; Experience taking and defending depositions, including expert depositions; Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar; Licensed and in good standing with CO, AZ, and/or NM State Bars is a plus. Should have substantial knowledge of TRCP and Rules of Evidence.
