Immigration Paralegal I Candidate will assists the Senior Paralegals and Attorneys with the management of corporate immigration cases and client interactions. This includes a variety of duties related to legal document preparation and management, research and case management which requires knowledge of the legal system, terminology and procedures in addition to clerical and administrative skills. Will be focused, heavily, on writing intensive cases including: preparing responses to RFEs, O-1s and EB1s.
