The candidate will involve in serving corporate, bank and individual clients in business and financial services industries. Should have experience in corporate record management and entity formation. Experience in bank loan workout processes is preferred. Must have NC Paralegal Certification, 4 year college degree or comparable experience. Must have 3-5 years experience preferred, working with one of the firms Senior Partners and a Senior Associate.
