Seeking Civil Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience in civil litigation/insurance defense. Candidate must be currently licensed to practice law in TX, additional licensure in other States a plus. Must work well individually and as part of a legal team, and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of clients. Must have significant litigation experience in construction defect and bodily injury. Must be highly proficient in handling civil cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc. Must be able to handle appearances and assignments with minimal or no supervision. Motivated, self-starters need only apply.
