Family Law Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of Family Law experience. Must possess the knowledge, skill, and ability to provide an excellent work product and perform independently. J.D. degree and active member in good standing with the California State Bar required. Listening skills required. Experience in preparing, defending, and opposing Requests for Order required. Moderate to strong understanding and a comfort level with use of technology and computers required. Knowledge of finance and financial planning experience a plus. Effective planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills required. Discovery experience including taking and defending depositions required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Mediation training or certification a plus. Negotiation training a plus.
