Attorney The candidate's duties include but not limited to: Prepares the appropriate documentation for bankruptcy filings in accordance with established procedures. Communicates legal details to clients in a clear and precise manner; Researches, retrieves and updates appropriate information in clients' case files, computer directories and discs as needed. Responds to clients in a professional manner at all times to best represent the firm and expand business. Should be licensed to Practice Law. 3 years of Consumer Bankruptcy Experience required. Bar (Preferred).
