Paralegal - Litigation The candidate's duties include : Drafting Motions; E-file and service of Pleadings; Assist with Trial and Hearing preparations; Identify liability issues; Maintain contact with clients; Communicate with providers; Review medical & employment records; Maintain docket calendar. Should have proofreading abilities and should be a fluent Spanish speaker. Minimum 5 years Personal Injury experience (Plaintiff). High school or equivalent (Preferred). Experience of 1-2 year (Preferred). Spanish (Preferred). Should have Needles Software experience.
