Legal Secretary The candidate will assist with corporate, real estate, intellectual property and estate matters as well as the litigation related to those areas. Transactional and litigation document preparation and revision, correspondence and communication with clients, attorneys, courts and service providers, file management, calendaring. Should have 3+ years of experience in any two of the above areas. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs as well as Time Billing programs (preferably Time Matters) and NYS e-filing and PACER required. Must have typing skills of at least 50 WPM. Preferred candidate will have at least one of the following: Bachelor's Degree; Associates Degree; Paralegal Certificate; Notary Public License; 5 years experience in a law firm.
