Criminal Defense Attorney The candidate will have case load that likely to consist primarily of criminal defense cases, and as time goes forward you may be asked to help in family law, personal injury and general civil litigation practices. Should have 1 year of experience as an attorney. Must have excellent computer, communication (both written and verbal), proofreading, research, and time management skills. Criminal Defense and Family Law experience is a plus. Must be able to competently handle working with a supervising attorney on their case load and be able to handle their own case load as assigned, including motion practice and court appearances as required. Note : This is a temporary position.
