Litigation Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities include courtroom and Trial Team roles for various Federal and State Court trials in Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property, White-collar Criminal defense, and Environmental litigation. Trial, Pre-Trial, and discovery assistance and coordination with trial team and court. Courtroom technology and presentation systems (i.e. Sanction). Litigation database and electronic discovery roles. Prepare and submit electronic files in numerous jurisdictions. Draft discovery-related documents and review and oversee document productions. Should have a Paralegal certificate and/or degree. Must have 5+ years of litigation experience with State and Federal Court trial experience. Relativity experience (or other litigation database software) is required. MS Office experience with an emphasis on Excel is also required. Knowledge of court filing rules is needed. Must be proactive and a self-starter with good communication skills. The ability to organize and prioritize workload for multiple cases and trial teams is essential.
