Temporary Attorney - Funds The candidate must be a private investment funds associate with 1-2 years of experience forming venture, private equity and/or hedge funds. Should have experience in drafting and negotiating offering documents, operating and partnership agreements, subscription agreements, investment advisory agreements and side letters. Should also have experience working with relevant issues under the Securities Act, the Investment Company Act and the Investment Advisers Act. Superior academic credentials are required.
