Insurance Defense Associate Attorney The candidate must have outstanding legal writing and oral argument skills, with 2+ years of experience in Insurance Defense specifically handling PIP claims. Must be capable of working independently, with a high-volume case load, as well as with a team, and possess effective interactive skills with clients, insureds, adjusters and outside counsel. Experience working with a document management system is preferred.
