Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be working exclusively in the area of employment-based immigration, is seeking an experience business immigration paralegal. The position requires great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent client service. 1-2 years in nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, and O-1) visa application processing is preferred. Experience with I-140 and AOS applications also helpful.
