Bilingual Intake Attorney The candidate will speak with the potential client to evaluate the claim, and then utilizing own legal judgment to decide whether the firm will offer representation to the individual. Will speak to potential clients about their case, build rapport with them and provide excellent service to answer any questions they have. Evaluate potential claims and conduct necessary research. Use independent judgement to determine if firm will offer attorney representation. The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience working as an attorney in NC (4+ years preferred). Should be currently licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Must have a demonstrated interest in personal injury law, experience in personal injury is strongly preferred. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is required.
