Seeking Litigation Associate Attorney with 1+ year of litigation experience. The candidate will be responsible for a high volume case load, motion practice, daily court appearances as well as client interaction. Responsibilities will include, Daily court appearances; negotiation with opposing counsel; client interaction and intake; Legal research and writing; motion practice. Must be admitted to practice in NY. NJ admission is a bonus. Must have at least 1 years of litigation experience. Must be an admitted attorney, for a promising Associate position with the Firm which currently practices Civil Rights ; Civil Litigation; Consumer Debt Defense, Family/Divorce, Child Custody; and Criminal Defense and is quickly developing in other fields. Experience in any field is considered. Litigation experience is necessary in either: civil rights; employment; divorce/family law; consumer or another general area of practice. Must be extremely detail oriented. Must be able to deal with responsibility of large case load; highly organized; must be able to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
