Estate Planning Paralegal Part Time The candidate will be meeting and communicating with clients, including managing signing appointments. Assisting with drafting of estate planning documents. Researching, drafting and recording deeds. Organizing and analyzing asset information. Maintaining client files and preparing materials for client meetings. Calendaring critical deadlines and meetings. Answering phones and taking detailed messages. Assisting with the responsibility of overseeing the managing attorney s calendar. Organized and have exceptional attention to detail required. Excellent at communicating, both verbally and in writing required. Experience in trust administrations is a major plus. Bachelor s Degree required. Paralegal certification or equivalent required. Notary Public License or a willingness to obtain one required. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus) and the ability to learn and adapt to practice management systems (familiarity with Actionstep is a huge plus) required.
